• Booking details — travel dates, number of guests, occasion, and any special requests or messages you send us.
• Identification — government-issued photo ID collected at check-in, as required by local regulations for guest stays.
• Basic website data — standard, non-identifying information such as general usage and device type, if and where analytics are used.

We do not collect or store card, bank or other financial credentials through this website.

2. How we use your information

• To respond to your enquiry and share availability, rates and information.
• To confirm, manage and provide your booking and stay.
• To communicate with you about your reservation, including over WhatsApp, phone or message.
• To comply with legal, tax and local guest-registration obligations.

We process your information to take steps at your request and to perform our booking agreement with you, to comply with our legal obligations, for our legitimate interest in running the villa, and — where required — on the basis of your consent.
