The villa's housekeeping staff diligently performs daily cleaning between 10am and 5pm. Towels and linen are included for guests' convenience. Additionally, bed and bath linen are refreshed every other day as part of our service.

Meals are not covered in our rates, but the kitchen is fully equipped for you to create your own delicious dishes. If you have specific culinary preferences, let us know and we'll assist you in fulfilling them.

Our villa is ideal for work-from-home shifts and prolonged getaways. Benefit from our substantial monthly savings; for further details, please contact us.

  • At check-in, we require a security deposit of Rs. 20,000/- for brief stays (either cash or a credit card hold) and Rs. 50,000/- for extended stays (cash only). This will cover any property damages or lost items.
  • The use of illegal substances on our property is strictly forbidden.
  • Smoking is permitted solely in designated outdoor areas. Indoor smoking is prohibited, and a cleaning fee of Rs 10,000/- per room will be imposed for any violations to cover the cost of deodorizing.
  • We maintain a strict 'no visitor' policy. Accurate information about all guests staying, as well as check-in form details (total guests, group makeup, etc.), must be provided at the time of booking and upon arrival. Access will not be granted to individuals not included in the original booking.
  • Generally, pets are not allowed. However, exceptions can be made for certain pets at an extra charge. Please confirm with our booking team in advance.
  • Our villa is situated in a quiet, residential area. Therefore, we do not permit loud music or parties after 10pm.
  • 75% refund* for cancellations made 45 days in advance of check-in date
  • 50% refund* for cancellations made 45–25 days in advance of check-in date
  • Cancellations made within 25 days of check-in are not eligible for a reimbursement.
  • Our location is designed as a peaceful retreat for families and couples. To ensure a pleasant stay for all, we kindly ask that you adhere to our house rules.
  • Enjoy seamless connectivity with our High-speed Wi-Fi internet.
  • Daily cleaning of the villa is provided, with linen replacement every other day.
  • For safety, please supervise children closely near the pool area.
  • Local regulations strictly forbid parking outside the premises. We appreciate your cooperation.
  • While we appreciate the joy of music, we also value the peace of our neighbors. Please refrain from playing loud music after 10:00 pm.
  • Indoor smoking is not allowed, but designated outdoor areas are available for your convenience.
  • Enhance your stay with our In-villa chef service, available at an additional cost for private dining experiences.
  • Your caretaker will be available to assist you from 8 am to 7 pm.
  • Please note that assistance requested beyond 7 pm will incur an additional fee of INR 1000/- per 2 hours.
  • We kindly request compensation for any damaged or missing items from the villa, which will be deducted from the security deposit collected upon arrival.
