Thank you for choosing The North Villa Goa. By making a reservation or using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your booking.
1. Reservations and Payments
To secure a booking, an advance payment of 50% of the total amount is required. The balance must be paid at least 7 days prior to check-in. Accepted payment methods include UPI, bank transfers, and major credit/debit cards. Failure to complete the payment on time may lead to cancellation without notice.
2. Check-In and Check-Out
Check-in is from 2:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be accommodated on request, subject to availability and additional charges.
3. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellations made more than 14 days before check-in may be eligible for a refund, as per our current policy. Cancellations within 14 days of check-in are non-refundable. No refunds are issued for early check-outs or no-shows. Date changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
4. Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit of ₹[Insert Amount] is required at check-in. This deposit covers any damage to the property, loss of items, or breach of house rules. It will be refunded after check-out following a property inspection.
5. House Rules and Conduct
Only registered guests are allowed on the premises. Hosting parties, playing loud music after 10:00 PM, and inviting external visitors without prior approval is strictly prohibited. Guests are expected to maintain cleanliness and treat the property with respect. Any damage or violation of rules may result in deductions from the security deposit or termination of stay.
Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas. Pets are [allowed/not allowed], unless prior written approval is given.
6. Liability
The North Villa Goa is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during your stay. Guests are advised to safeguard their valuables and travel with appropriate insurance.
7. Termination of Stay
We reserve the right to deny a reservation or ask guests to leave the premises without refund if any rules are violated, false information is provided, or inappropriate behavior is observed.
8. Force Majeure
In events such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or other situations beyond our control, The North Villa Goa shall not be held liable for any cancellations or changes. In such cases, we will try our best to offer an alternative date or reschedule your stay.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Goa.
10. Privacy
Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
